This is a typical lunch I'll have on my break at work. Two servings of fruit (bananas in this example, sometimes it's apples or oranges), three dates with some raw almonds, and two cups of a grain salad, in this case barley, onions, sweet potato and dried tarragon (I cooked the onions, the barley and the potatoes in organic vegetable broth). I also brought along a Clif bar that I keep in my car in case I get hungry on the road.
